At Ashford, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return your item in its original, unworn condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive your prepaid shipping label.

  Carefully place the item in its original packaging, including all warranty cards, manuals, and protective stickers provided at the time of purchase.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring you obtain a receipt for tracking purposes.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
